Yigit Efe Dincer joined Schneider Attorney Inc. in August 2021 as an LL.M. student pursuing the Information Technology law program at the University of Montreal.

During his studies he completed his LL.B. degree in France at the University of Strasbourg and during his last year of studies participated in the Erasmus exchange program to complete two semesters at the Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands.

During his exchange year in the Netherlands, he developed an interest in international commercial arbitration and represented Radboud University at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

His years in Europe has allowed him to develop his legal skills in numerous subjects and allowed him to acquire an international and diverse perspective by becoming immersed by the culture and approach of French, Dutch and European legal traditions.

Efe is fluent in English, French and Turkish and mainly assists Me Schneider on legal research, civil and commercial litigation, more specifically, in real estate and estate litigation.

After completing his LL.M. degree, he hopes to pursue his interest in Information Technology law, as well as expand into other fields of the legal practice, namely, international arbitration and corporate matters.
