If you have any of the following documents, please bring them to your appointment:

  1. Date of the death
  2. Chronological list of events
  3. Last will and testament
  4. Will searches
  5. Power of attorney
  6. Declaration of acceptance of the liquidator
  7. Inventory of the Estate
  8. An approximated value of the estate
  9. Titles of ownership and assessment of immovable properties
  10. Titles of ownership and assessment of movable properties (i.e. shares in a company)
  11. Life insurance policies
  12. Bank accounts’ statements
  13. Any other document pertaining to the liquidation of the estate.

Rental Board

If you have any of the following documents, please bring them to your appointment:

  1. The lease
  2. By-laws of the immovable
  3. Correspondence between the parties
  4. Chronology of events
  5. Copy of police reports
  6. Photos
  7. Any other document you consider useful
